Vinyasa Yoga
Our vinyasa yoga classes all include a variation of Surya Namaskar A and B (sun salutations) with other standing and seated postures. The structure of these classes varies, sometimes beginning or ending with longer held postures or dynamic gentle flows to gently warm or cool the body and integrate a sense of present awareness . Postures are linked together, flowing from one to the next, with particular attention on combining each movement with a breath and drishti (gaze point). These classes are suitable for all levels; variations to postures are always available and often suggested.
