NEW CLIENT ARRIVALS 

Please arrive to your first class 10 minutes early to familiarise yourself with equipment and the facilities, meet the instructor and get settled in. 

BOOKINGS 

Your place in class is confirmed once a booking has been made and paid for in advance. You will receive an email confirming your booking, without this we may not be able to guarantee you a space. Walk - ins are welcome but we may not be able to prioritise you if we are at capacity. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of the appointment through your online account and you will receive a full refund. No-shows and cancellations made within the 24 hours period prior to the appointment will be fully charged. 

On rare occassion's when our instructor is sick or unable to work, or the class is not booked at minimum capacity, we reserve the right to cancel and/or rebook your appointment. You will be notified in advance. 

WAIVER

You are required to complete a health form and waiver in advance of your first class. This will be supplied to you automatically when you make your first booking through our booking system. 

You are required to inform the instructor of any change in health status in advance of your session so we can adapt the program to accommodate specific needs where reasonable. 

We will take reasonable measures to reduce harm, injury or death based on observations and information provided to us by the client. Ultimately you are responsible for your own safety. You, the client release Love and Core and any of our instructors/contractors of liability for any damage or harm caused.  

FEES

Fees are available on our website and on our booking system. Fees are subject to change periodically and notice of this will be given in our mail outs. Packages purchased will be subject to change in their value when fees change. 

UNLIMITED MEMBERS 

Unlimited memberships can be cancelled at any time, otherwise they will automatically renew. Once purchased the membership will be activated and non refundable for that monthly cycle. Unlimited members are asked to cancel classes in advance to allow space for other clients. 

SAFETY & HYGIENE

We advise bringing a small towel to class to soak up sweat. A bottle of water is recommended to stay hydrated and prevent overheating on hotter days. Keep lids on when not being used. 

Take care to mount, dismount and change body position on reformers and other unstable surfaces and equipment to minimise fall risks.  

Grippy socks are not compulsory unless you have a verucca. 

PREGNANCY 

New and exisiting clients are required to notify instructors about any pregnancies. 

Our classes are suitable for first trimester pregnancy. New clients in their first trimester are requested to book Beginners or Foundation level classes to when commencing classes with us. 

Exisiting clients in first trimester are welcome to attend any of our group classes. 

Modifications to our program may be made to reduce fall risks risk or over heating. 

Our group classes are unsuitable for second trimester pregnancy from 14 weeks due to contraindications to movement. From 14 weeks you are welcome to attend private one on one or specialised pre natal group classes which operate where there is demand.
